Results-driven leader with 25+ years helping organizations scale, transform, and thrive. Jeff’s career spans technology, real estate, consumer finance, consumer products, and the public sector – always with a focus on customer experience and building strong teams to create lasting impact.

As President of Compass MidStates, Jeff led a multi-billion-dollar business across 11 states, overseeing 6,500+ employees and agents. Compass achieved #1 market share nationally and under his leadership, earned Top Workplace recognition in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, and Top 5 in multiple major metros. Known for both launching new markets and turning around underperforming businesses, he built teams and playbooks that fueled sustained growth and cultural strength.

Earlier in his career, Jeff led the development and launch of disruptive consumer products at JPMorgan Chase, including the Chase Sapphire Reserve card and ApplePay partnership, and held leadership roles at the Campbell’s Company developing iconic consumer brands.

Recognized as a culture champion, Jeff has built and inspired diverse teams, revitalized businesses, and unlocked growth through customer-centered strategy. His perspective is shaped by his Wharton MBA, his service as School Board President in his hometown, and his roles as a husband, father, mentor, and community leader.
